There is a LOT of information out there about the menopause. Not everything is evidenced based, not every research is applicable for women and more. Here are some links to access free, reliable resources. There is loads more out there, but I don't want to overwhelm you with posting all of them, so I have shared my top picks. Enjoy!
Dr Louise Newson, podcast
Dr Louise Newson is a menopause specialist who works from the UK. She has an amazing podcast with lots of information about all things (peri) menopause. Click here for the link to the podcast.

The team at Newson Health has made a free course with everything perimenopause. In this free course it will cover which hormones are at play in peri menopause, HRT, osteoporosis, blood clots and more. Click here for the link.

Kelly Casperson, urologist
Dr Kelly is a urologist working in the USA. She always assumed women's health and hormones were looked after by the OBGYN. When she found out that wasn't he case, she upskilled herself in this area. Lisa Mosconi
Lisa Mosconi is a near scientist with a special interest in the female brain. She has done an amazing TED- talk about how the brain of women changes during the perimenopause. Click here for the link.
She also has written a few books. her latest one, the menopause brain, is an easy read about the menopause, with the focus on brain health. I love listening to her in any podcast, but that is because I have a weakness for her soft Italian accent.....
