PERSONAL TRAINING
For Every Body and Everybody
Every one and every body is different. Training with a body that has seen and done a lot is different than training when you have the body of a 20-year old or 80-year old. I ma here to tailor your workouts to make them work for you, honouring your body's history and story. Movement and exercise is always a good thing to do, but doing the right exercises for your body and mindset can make a massive difference in the outcome of your efforts!

PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training is different for everyone and every body. We will make programs and workouts to make sure it is suitable for you, your body and your mind set. And although my preference are personal training sessions in person, online sessions will give you the same result! Creativity is key.
GETTING STRONGER, FEELING BETTER AND INCREASE FITNESS
The focus on sessions will not only be on increasing your physical well being, but on your mindset as well. If you feel better about yourself, you will be able to push yourself a bit more. If your body is stronger, your mindset will change. So get ready to start changing your boundaries in a pace that suits you, but with a little nudge from me where you need it...
MAKING YOURSELF A PRIORITY IN YOUR LIFE, DEALING WITH LIFE'S CURVEBALLS
The focus will be a bit more about work-life balance, stress reduction and getting your fitness up to place where you are happy. Things like yoga sessions and boxing, (which are strategies to cope with stress), together with coaching sessions won't make your life easier but it will give you tools that will change the way to cope with them.
DEALING WITH A BODY THAT TALKS
Exercise has been proven -over and over again- to be great for your overall health. Sometimes those exercises need to be adjusted to keep you safe. Think about dealing with (or suffering from) high blood pressure, osteoarthritis, back issues, injuries, or rehab after an operation. Having someone there with you to make sure you support yourself the best way possible will grow the confidence in your own body and getting fitter in a safe way.
GOLDEN YEARS
When we reach our golden years, the focus changes from the the way we look, to being able to stay independent as long as possible. Falls prevention, working on strength (yes, you are never too old to start with that), balance work and most important: having fun doing this, are key to success here.
