We as human beings are designed to move in the broadest sense of the word. Our bodies thrive on movement with amazing results: lubricating tissue, feeling energised, stretching and moving without restrictions.

But we also like to move forward through life; we are moved when something is touching us. So Moving for Life can be interpreted in different ways; you move to improve the quality of your life, or keep moving during your life.
